Refund policy
REFUND POLICYYou have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in new condition, and in the original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and tags. To start a return, email support@wolfpacktrailco.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a Return Authorization and the return address. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Refunds go to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of inspection; your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defect, in which case we cover the label and make it right at no cost. Final sale for safety and hygiene: installed or ridden-with items, opened consumables (chain lube, sealants, cleaners), gift cards, and worn helmets or safety gear. Arrived damaged or wrong?
