2. TERMS OF SERVICE Orders on this store are offers to purchase, accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel orders for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues, with a full refund. Prices and availability can change without notice. Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify; we never store full card numbers. Motorcycling and backcountry travel are inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for confirming fitment, correct installation, and use of every product per the manufacturer's instructions; you assume all risk arising from riding and product use. Products carry their manufacturers' warranties; otherwise the store and products are provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue.
