Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
 
Wolfpack Trail Co. ships from Peoria, Arizona and from our brand partners' warehouses. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Because we curate gear from multiple top brands, items in a single order may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost to you, each with its own tracking number emailed when it ships.
 
Standard shipping is a flat $10, free on orders over $75, with delivery typically 3 to 7 business days after processing. We currently ship within the continental United States only; Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international shipping are not yet available.
 
If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email support@wolfpacktrailco.com and we will chase it down. The window to change or cancel an order is short because we move fast on fulfillment; email us with your order number right away and if the order has not entered fulfillment we will cancel and refund it in full. If a package arrives damaged, email photos within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right.
